    Hello

It would be helpful to give a timeline of dates when the gearbox was playing up. Also, have they just fixed the gearbox using parts each time or has it been replaced completely? If the gearbox hasn't been replaced then that could be your next option or you could perhaps push for termination but that depends on whether the car was purchased outright or if it was financed. If financed, then you need to let the finance company know of these issues as your contract is with them, not the dealer.

I'll tag des8 as he is more knowledgeable on the mechanics side of things.
If you have a question about the voluntary termination process, please read this guide first, as it should have all the answers you need. Please do not hijack another person's thread as I will not respond to you

      Hi
      Is the vehicle currently OK?
You think gearbox, but have the mechanics said what they have identified as the problem?
      Can you describe the fault?

The car was in for 2 weeks to fix this problem when I picked it up they said it was extensively roadtested and it was fine
I used the car friday and Saturday done a lot of mileage as it is a cab then Sunday the same problem occurred
when I took it back they said the clutch pack was changed but it looked ok
but obviously they never checked the gearbox
        the communication is very pòor
I took the car back in this monday AM and was told I would be priority
when I phoned today Thursday I was told it hasn't been started on yet
        I'm now very angry
