I have a booking with P&O cruises that is due to set sail in 2 weeks time, We have just been notified by P&O that the shop services will be gradually closed half way through the cruise for a refit.This was not mentioned when booking the cruise and within P&O adverts and brochures shops are advertised on board, I have contacted p&O customer complaints to see if they are prepared to do some kind of refund or issue on board spending money for the inconvenience of the above. ( No joy from P&O ) also told that directors wont speak to general customers.
