Hi!
I received a letter fom Lloyds bank admitting they had wrongly reported me to credit reference agencies for late mortgage payments. This issue has caused bad credit for the last five years They have updated my information to the credit reference agencies and offered a £100 goodwill gesture but I do feel this is not acceptable after suffering five years of deformation. Has anyone else had a similar issue or what other steps maybe taken. Thank you all.
