Hi everyone.
I would like to know if any of you have an experience in loft converting? Do you need to have any permissions and stuff? I'm not really sure how does it look like, cos none of my friends haven't done that before. My house is pretty small and I would need some extra space. I was thinking even about having regular stairs and renovating loft as a part of a house but looks like there is only space for a loft ladder. I'm not really sure how much should I estimate for such a renovation. Please let me know if you heard about some good companies in and around Derby. For now, I found Fakro, but I'm not sure if windows and ladder should be changed as a priority.
