Hi there.
New to this site but after reading some of the threads it looks great.
I received a penalty charge notice for parking in retail park and staying longer than i was allowed. I had no idea there was a limit that you could stay. With all the huge stores in the retail park i assumed it was free. The reason we were so long was that we were having a new kitchen designed at Wren Kitchens and it took ages as the sales person wasn't the quickest on the computer and in the end the computer crashed.
The penalty charge notice has been sent to the company i work for as it is a fleet vehicle, so not addressed to me directly.
I thought about contacting Wren to see if they could help as we should never have been in there as long as we were.
Is there anything you could suggest or advise on that might help.
