  • Take a private parking company to court

Hello I am new to the forum so I am trying to find my way round. I am admin on a group that has 1127 members. We are fighting a private parking company. They have issued thousands of parking charge notices (pcns) at one car park which has No planning permission for the Anpr cameras and no advertising permission for the signage. The question is can I have thoughts please on the group issuing court proceedings against this company based on these pcns being issued illegally due to having no permissions?

You could try the argument that lack of advertising consent (not permission) is a criminal act and they are trying to gain pecuniary advantage from their illegal act.

Bit more details about the situation might help, location, ownership of the car park PPC.
