  • Hello,

I have had a dispute with a company called Patient Direct, and now I have received a CCJ for them for non-payment . I told them i wanted to cancel the contract but they refused. Their legal team tell me the contract is water tight and any judge will confirm.. The last thing i wanted was a CCJ and now I don't know what to do. I don't have the money to pay them.

The salesman told me he would advertise my business in a doctors surgery and the post office and that the ad would be shown every 5 minutes. I waited in the post office for 20 minutes one day and the ad was not on at all.

I hope you're still holding out on this.
Try this link to see where I am with them at present. Actually my own case on forum is sort of closed for the time being as I am in the process of preparing for court to defend a claim of over £10k.
They may say they have a watertight case but it isn't necessarily so as they tell lies from the moment they open their mouths.
There's also the Australian case they were involved in where they were fined a considerable amount by the Federal Court for the sort of behaviour they still use here.
You have to consider all angles to rebut them. Everything from misrepresentation to downright lying.
If you need a transcript of the Australian case I think it's on my scam website from the link above.
