Hi, Fischer Heating did the same to my 70yr old mum, pressure selling. He told us that the price offer was only for the end of the week, which was 3 days to let him know. Also, told us that we would half our bills, but my mums bill last month £400 and dreads this month bill. They said, she is not using them correctly, but there are other people complaining the are too expensive to run. One lady I am speaking to in her 70s will not turn them on! Why is this company selling a product and the salesmen telling them what they want to hear about the heating, saving money, having hot water and nothing on Watchdog site?? Cant they see the bad reviews?

Now, my mum has no heating and no hot water, they ask a 70 year old to use a screwdriver on the water system turn it on boost. she won't, as it cost too much to run. I have been contacting other customers, and created a Facebook group for people to put all there complaints on, so I can gather evidence.

If I gather enough people, can we take them to court for non working products, mis selling and can we do it ask a group?
