QDR Solicitors demand to pay Parking Charge Notice

Can you help please?
I have received a letter from QDR Solicitors asking me to pay £160 - the original parking fee was £60 (which I ignored). The car park operator is Bank Park Management Ltd and they passed the claim to ZZPS Limited to follow up.
QDR are saying if I do not pay then they will look to obtain a CCJ against me.
Any advice would be much appreciated.

It would be nice to see some information about this, such as a copy of the PCN with identifying details removed, but leave the dates. Confirm you are in England or Wales and it is not a hire car. Do not identify the driver.
