Train 4 jobs

Hi, I was wondering if anyone has successfully fought with train4jobs and had their contracts cancelled?/ refunded. I would like some advice as to how to fight the case as I believe I have been missold the course.

When i signed up to do my Level 2 & 3 Plumbing Studies courses i did so whilst explicitly stating i would only be able to attend weekend courses. This cost me over £7,600, It now transpires Level 3 of my Plumbing Diploma can only be assessed over full working weeks, which is either 6 or 7 full weeks that i would have to get off work somehow in the remaining 2 years I have allocated to complete the course.

As a result of finding out the above, and that there will be no change to the program that will allow me to do these at weekends, I have no alternative but to leave the course upon completing Level 2, and will not be proceeding into the Level 3 studies. However, T4J will not allow me any refund for the final part of the course despite in my opinion, having this mis-sold to me.
