    Hi rather a random question

It is impossible to say without more details however the newer it is the more likely the CCA request will have been fulfilled

    BUT
there is a whole lot more to a debt being enforceable than just a CCA request

Thank you Warwick65 for your prompt reply I think the agreement would have been around 2012 this is the start of a more detailed claim and I want to start at the begining too cover all aspects.

So , have you received a claim form or maybe a letter before action?

Ot really is impossible to tell just by a question as every case is different although sometimes there are common themes running through

For examples, how did you open the account? If it was online the CCA request will look very different to if you opened it by completing a form, also a CCA from 2012 would not need to be as detailed and in the same form as say as CCA from 2004.

I would think, when it comes to defending a claim it is more likely that other aspects will come into play, such as the default notice or the assignment

Thank you once again I am jumping the gun here which is a symptom of my anxiety. I am on a payment holiday which they are making difficult and I have complained about. Due to circumstances and being a pensioner I know that I will not be able to make the payments and its getting to me. I am fighting battles before I get to them. Thank you again.

It's ok, I really do understand how it feels when all you really want to do is get all your ducks in a row just in case
