Hi and welcome.
As the car is on finance you should really be dealing with the finance company,
As you have had the vehicle for over 30 days but less than 6 months, if it is unsatisfactory you can reject it and obtain a refund, less an amount for usage.
Any problems now discovered are deemed to have been present when the car was purchased.
The finance company have one opportunity to repair the car.
Unsatisfactory as it is a used car depends on its age, mileage and purchase price.
The fact that you have allowed the dealer to try and repair could work against you, as the problem should have been reported to the finance company in the first place.....
Write to the finance company outlining the problem and ask them to arrange repairs, failing which you will be rejecting the vehicle under your final right to reject as per the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
As a matter of interest what is the vehicle, and how high do the revs go?
presumably the high revving is when you have removed your foot from the loud pedal!

Finance 24/7 are only the broker.
The finance company, and therefor the owner, is hitachi finance and you should address your letters to them.
Regarding the car, i assume 200rpm should be 2,000rpm.as normal idle speed would be around 900rpm
Is this an intermittent fault?
it is odd that the dealer states "the computer it say no" but the engine is obviously over revving.
Have the dealers not heard it?
