I have been contacted by a claims co (Legal Assist) re possible mis selling of my interest only mortgage. It states No win, no fee but states if successful I would also have to pay insurance fee.(After the event insurance fee) They state this is to pay any costs in event of losing. and I will never have to pay anything at all myself.
I am highly suspicious. I cant find any successful claims re mortgage mis selling so far and if there have been any successful claims then they would surely be in the public domain like PPI was?
if no evidence of success then how are they making a profit if not from "hidden" charges.?
Any information would be appreciated.
