I received a an acknowledgment of Service fom the County Court saying they intend to defend all of this claim for repayment of the insurance dated June 4th 2007 Cobets are Solicitors.
Thank you enaid for your input as well. The terms I found say If you are Self Employed unemployment claims will be considered if you become bankrupt
