Joint executer no participation or engagement, lives in the Bahamas but is not resident, emptied the Building Society account will not answer any letters from a solicitor now coming up to 10 years and no letters or account of her administration at anytime provided. Island has only post box numbers and it will not be her own post box that she uses.
How do one bring to account someone who lives abroad and will not engage in the executer process as a joint executor.
