Hello everyone.

I have just registered here and wanted to say a quick hi, before posting for some advice about a council tax bill I've received for a property I sold 3.5 years ago.

I will be phoning the council tomorrow and hope the matter can be cleared up with a single phone call. But it would be great to be forewarned of any potential stumbling blocks which might crop up, and which I won't be aware of at this point.
