  • How to include Intentional Infliction of Emotional Distress in Particulars of Claim

I am compiling a Particulars of Claim for illegal means conspiracy. The numerous acts of the Defendants have been extremely stressful so I intend to add this to the claim.

My question is how specific do I need to be in the Particulars of Claim about how the cumulative effect of all the Defendants' actions have affected me.
Is this done in the Particulars or in my witness statement?

Do I need to describe the range of emotions such as anxiety, anger worry, stress , depression, sleep disorder etc in the actual Particulars and if so is that done under Particulars of injury?
I realise a letter from a medical professional would strengthen the claim but I havent sought counselling or anything, but I think that given all the different acts of the Defendants and the sums of money involved it could be naturally assumed that it would cause high levels of stress, anger and anxiety in anyone.

For the moment my main concern is how to include it in the Particulars of Claim so I can get it sent off asap.

    Any help much appreciated
