We often see many comments which allude to possible minor discrepancies in defendants cases.

Does any one have any evidence how DJ view these discrepancies?

My view is that they don't approve when these cases come to court. I welcome, indeed invite views.

as court of appeals state if a DJ does its usual mess up = "Misdirect themselves", then issue their own findings? end of matter, DJ carries on hating debtors as they earn over £110,000 per year! mind you Judge Jeffries thought he was above commonsense - hung him out to dry!

Also when it gets pointed out to them that an error has been made without a Appeal court then they do what they do mostly ==="IGNORE" and not respond and correct their errors.

Depends if the perceived minor discrepancy is actually minor.

How long is a piece of string is, I think the answer.

Are you talking about errors in the defence such as I signed it on xxxxxx but they show you started using the credit a month before?
Or maybe more minor such such as a potential typo or genuine human error

Remember the level of proof in a civil court is different to that in a criminal case

A reliable witness is worth their weight in gold - which would make me extremely valuable

I have had few dealings with DJ's but a lot with trumped up solicitors acting as tribunal judges who don't know their **** from their elbow - not that I am bitter and twisted or anything.
