    Re: BW Legal

It sounds as though you have received the new style Letter Before Action. This https://debtcamel.co.uk/letter-before-claim-ccj/ looks at your possible defences and how to complete the Reply Form.

It is important as the debt is a payday loan that you take this opportunity to put in an affordability complaint to the original payday lender, and tell BW Legal what you have done on the Reply Form.

If you wait until a Court Claim is actually started, this is massively harder - the new letter gives you the opportunity to get this under way.

You should also use the reply form to ask for the CCA agreement.

NB if you had other payday loans as well as this defaulted one, also put in affordability complaints about them too! See https://debtcamel.co.uk/payday-loan-refunds/

Why if they intend to go for a CCJ why are they ringing me every single day sometimes 3 times, I never speak to them but surely if they intend to apply for a CCJ they wouldn’t be harassing me
