Hi Folks,
Firstly let me apologise if this question has already been asked and answered. Before posting my topic, i did search through the vast number of threads that were similar and close to the answer but not fully clarifying.
In sort, i'm about to action a VT on my Audi with VWFS. I've already agreed as such to pay the outstanding equity of £690 + have 2x wheels refurbished (This is before any BCA inspection).
Now, as far as my mileage sits it is currently 7000k miles over. From what i've heard and read i'm of the illusion that they can't actually make you pay for the excess mileage on a vehicle?
I'm currently 28 months into a 4 year PCP contract which was set with 10k miles per annum at 7.1p a mile over.
any help would be hugely appreciated
thanks
Malcolm
