Right I just tried and says incorrect password.

This may be because there is a new usergroup called registered which people are auto upgraded to after 3 posts (to prevent PM Spamming). So maybe that new user group needs adding. I'll get the usergroup number in a sec .

1) Password is ok.
2) I have had problems with flashplayer on other things so have uninstalled and installed it a number of times and I still cannot get into chat.
3) I am fairly certain that it is my puter.
4) Amy, how do I get into that option "programes and feature"?
5) Morgan I have the correct adobe player as in the link tools has given.

I have to put in username and password which I did and I got nothing. Apart from Flashplayer is there anything else I need to have working on windows vista to make the flashchat thingy work?

It only seems to give me the option to uninstall the program.

Ref post #16 - there seems to be a problem with registered users (usergroup 27) accessing the chatroom - we have worked this out today and will work on fixing it.

Try clearing your cookies PJ and each time you have finished looking at the forums instead of just closing Firefox, click the Log Out tab top right(not saying you don`t but a lot of people do, including myself). This should automatically clear any session cookies from your browser for your next visit to Beagles. If it continues to happen then let us know PJ.

I always log out when i've visited, and my 'puters set up to automatically clear everything when I shut down my browser too [I learnt after all the trouble I used to have with the desktop pc!], so I don't think its that either.

Have asked Peej to test clearing cookies manually and am checking any wonky settings.

I've manually cleared any cookies that may have been stored, so if it happens again I'll let you know
