I dont think this will affect anyone who already has _ in their username but please let me know if anyone has any problem.
We have had a lot of spammers, same bot, registering and despite banning all their weird and wonderful email address endings ( eg: browninbox.org x-mail.net ) they have started using gmail.com and hotmail.com which obviously I can't ban....soooo most of them seem to have NAME_AB format usernames, so hence testing banning the _ to see if this puts paid to them. (They are all different IP's too so can't possibily ban them that way)
They arent causing any problem, just irratating - which is their aim I presume.
Anyway, let me know if it does affect anyone.
