There is a notice on Penalty Charges that admin have the software capability to read chat messages including potentially sensitive PM's within the Chat Room. I know another site has had a problem with Chat using the same technology and they closed it down. Can you confirm that Admin on this site also have the capability, should they want to to view messages in the chat room, to do so? Can you please confirm that the passwords that Admin use is secure because recent press coverage has highlighted that 40% of people have a password like the name of the pets? SHould that be the case then surely anyone would be able to access the site admin by using that person's password? I would hate to think that admin would use Fluffy the Rabbit as a password.
I appreciate your clarification so that all users are certain that their information is secure and that no breach by admin would occur. If Penalty Charges site had not mentioned it, I would not have been aware of this information. Better to be certain now than later.
