To find your own posts and threads, the easiest way is to click on ' MY PROFILE ' at the top of the page ( http://legalbeagles.info/forums/member/profile )
Underneath your avatar there are two links, click one of those, and you will be taken to a list of your recent/latest posts and threads.
Clicking Find All Posts takes you to a page like this;
and Find All started Threads takes you to a page of threads (topics) YOU have started;
You can also do the same to find posts and threads started by other users by clicking on their username in any post, which will take you to their profile page.
