    "I dont know how to put a video box in a post."
    If you want to post a video from youtube this is what you do.
    you use the [] brackets in these you type youtube so it looks likes this [you tube]
    after that you type the letters and numbers that come after the= sign as in natties Bob Marley one it would be 59G67qq19e0 then when you have typed that in you would do the bracket thing again [] in this you would type /youtube not forgetting the slash so it would look like this [/youtube]
