Re: X Factor Live shows 2009

I hated every single song yesterday. I thought they were all boring and predictable.

I think Lloyd could be in trouble this week(nearly typed Lloyds which would have similarly been in trouble ).
      Jedward to WIN

To be honest, Olly has emerged as one of those who I hope does win.

I hope Lucie wins, I've liked her since day one and she is so, so pretty (but not as gorgeous as Dannii). Cheryl has nothing on Dannii.

I just wish they would choose less predictable songs.

OMG - what is going on.

I am so disappointed in Simon- he has just gone against all that he has been saying the last few weeks. He was just getting her out as she was a threat.

He never should have gone to public vote . In my opinion he has done himself a great dis-service.

I suspect that will be the beginning of the end of the X factor.

                  Big mistake Mr Cowell.

My 11 year old was on the edge of his seat and he knew if it went to the public vote, she'd lose.

So he has penned a letter of complaint....

                    Dear XFactor,

I think John and Edward are so rubbish and Lusie [sic] went out what the hell! John and Edward are a joke and it's gone too far get them out! The show is going down badly.

                    Yours sincerely

PS John and Edward suck lots

Re: X Factor Live shows 2009

For the first time this series I actually loved Danyl's performance. I have not been a fan of his since day one. But his performance yesterday changed my prospective of him.

Stacey just had the wow factor last night, the dress was amazing, she sang really beautifully and is beginning to shine through. Go girl..........

I did not think Olly's vocals were that good this week, but showcased a fab dance routine. He has been one of my favourites since the beginning. Could it be he peaked to soon?

Joe has an amazing voice and I loved his song choice for him, I don't think he can win the XFactor but will have a great career in the theatre.

I loved Jamie at the beginning, but I did not feel his performance and singing this week was as good as Danyl and Stacey.

Jedward..... I like their performance... but it is time for them to go. Reminds me when Chicco was in this position a few years people voted just for the fun factor.

and finally Lloyd, he gave a better performance this week but it does not match the front runners and IMHO cannot win the Xfactor.

Jedward. Jamie or Lloyd I would like to see any two of these in the bottom two. I just hope they do not take away one of the better singers.

This is just one indicator not singing related.
Last week, the welsh girl did a stacey type impression and went as Rachel had done before.
                            This week it was Danyl.
I do think the bottom two COULD be Jamie and Danyl
Jamie was for me boring and Danyl could be in trouble.

Budgies rankings for this weeks performances

                                1) Stacey Soloman ( Best performance of the night and most improved, I still do not think she can win but will be interesting to see if the confidence gained from this weeks show sparks further improvement next week )
                                2) Joe McElderry ( Still a bit safe but seems he can sing anything, Will be great in a couple of years when voice matures )
                                3) Olly Murs ( His vocals were awful, it was painful to listen, I agree that he has probably peaked too soon, A typical Essex boy trait I believe !! )
                                4) Lloyd Daniels ( Much improved compared to last week but his voice limits his ability to produce a sufficiently unique / exciting performance )
                                5) Danyl Johnson (Sorry I just do not see what the Judges like about him, his voice is at best average and his performances lack conviction. Totally unexciting )
                                6) Jamie Archer ( As boring as last week - I think he is in danger of going this week )
                                7) John & Edward ( Support singers could be heard above the twins for the majority of their amateurish performance. The only bits where you could actually hear one of the boys it sounded weak and out of tune, to be honest I strongly suspect they were miming for most of it. The backing singers were obviously selected for their similarity to John and Edward's vocal style ( or lack of it ) but had slightly deeper voices - play it back and listen, it's so obvious second time through )

Lucie Jones ( Sorry, but even the little clip they played of Lucie from the previous week's show was miles and miles ahead of the majority of last nights performances. )

Who should win overall - Don't care
Who will probably win overall - Joe McElderry

Who should go this week - John and Edward
Who will probably go this week - Jamie Archer
