Sections 77/78 CCA 1974

An old " ploy " being given a new outing by Robinson Way.

Returning a specific section 78 request + fee on the grounds that as a credit card agreement had been defaulted there is no longer a " running credit"
agreement.

I've suggested sending a new specific section 77 request opinions please as I suspect we will see more of this.
