As no one wants to play with me I will post the answer.

It's the San Dominico Restaurant and Bar near Cobham Surrey.

It's now a derelict building beside the A3, a road a drive up and down every day. It always looks sinister, especially at night. There is always a light on in one of the windows.
There are lots of rumours about the buidling, some claiming it is used for secret military or intelligence service use. Others claim Mafia connections. When a local Radio presenter, Robert Elms, started to investigate it for his radio show a few years back he was stopped dead in his tracks by the Authorities. There were a few raves there in the past so it maybe a possible site for the next LB meet !!!!!
