Sods law strikes again!!:tinysmile_cry_t:

In North East Essex it has been extremely mild for the time of year 14C + at times, today we have the first heavy frost for weeks and the CB Boiler has failed initial estimate from engineer £210.00 for new fan + Labour +VAT.

Then to cap it all a 4 hour power cut!
