Re: Marston's Unlawful Execution of Warrant 2013

Right guys, I've really had enough of everyone obsessing about what Jason or Mark or whoever it is today say or don't say on BHF. The more you talk about them, the more you give them attention, which they appear to rather like getting, and the more traffic their site gets and the more vulnerable debtors end up on there. So if you really feel that the help given there is incorrect then you really have to stop watching everything they do and taking every opportunity to get a comment in aimed at them.

Concentrate on helping people and IGNORE them.

The help you do give to people on here does rather keep getting overshadowed by the sniping and arguments and I'm pretty sure those who are trying to find straightforward help with dealing with their bailiff issues don't give a flying pigs nipple who said what when or where.

    I hope that is understood.

I am going to clean up this thread.

With 'debt' forums there is a worrying increase in forums that are associated with the Freeman on the Land (and other such) movements. The website that you are receiving advice from is no exception (and if challenged, I can certainly provide evidence !!!).

Whichever course of action you follow please do post back to let us know the outcome. All that I would ask is that if you are minded to take legal action that you ask for clear 'evidence' of previous succesful cases.

Also, be careful if an offer is made to 'draft' legal proceedings on your behalf. As you will already have seen from my opening post on this forum, the person advising you elsewhere has great difficulty grasping legislation and of serious concern fails to properly read what is written.

The truth of the matter is that the person advising you is not a solicitor. Instead, he is a Will Writer.

It's posted on the other site you are posting on if you want to find it. I'm sure they'll direct you to it if you want to see the original post.

That's good. Avoiding arguments seems eminently sensible to me. The problem is the posters on the two sites have quite different views on things - views which are deeply held and which do not sit comfortably alongside each other. It would be ideal to live and let live, but that appears difficult to achieve, hence my comment two days ago of it possibly being best for you to choose one site over the other, though that is your choice of course.

The issue you came here for is concluded now anyway, so there is little more to say at present.
