  • Temporary Permissions (FCA)

Companies in the " debt industry" i.e. DCA's, Debt Purchasers, Debt Management etc., operating under "temporary permissions" from the FCA are in a position now with the pro-active stance of the FCA are open to sanction quite quickly, so ANYONE WHO HAS ISSUES with any company should report it to the FCA not as a complaint but as " for information" this will be logged and used when IP's are reviewed and/or licences applied for.
Make the information clear and concise and attach copies of any supporting correspondence and any other documents you may have.

Consumers have a real opportunity to make a difference here!!

That's good to know, thanks nemesis.

''Interim permission will last until a firm has to apply for authorisation or a variation of permission in its allocated application period, which will be between October 2014 and March 2016.''
