    Cloggy
To the best of my knowledge THC remains detectable in the body for a long time. If we are talking about the person I think we are , they claimed to smoke a significant amount on a daily basis. If this is the case, they either lied about the amount and frequency of inhalation or they managed to avoid the tests (if the existed) . Either way you have to question the integrity of such a person

While some comments may have gone a little off-topic, the majority of them are relevant to the original problem. Also let's not forget that this forum is not only read by the OP and the ones who post on their thread but by many others.

There is a growing trend for people having employment trouble as a result of social media and/or internet activities. Like I said above, I was probably one of the first people to be sacked over what I posted online, albeit in a totally different context, back in 2003!

In view of this fact, I reckon we should have a thread dealing with such issues, things like what I said above about links being made between various sites (such as FB and Twitter), posting your employer's details online, etc. It's all relevant to a lot of people. A thread dealing with such issues - minus the examples that were specific to one case - would be useful for a lot of internet/social media users, wouldn't you say?

      Let's see what Ame thinks...

A discussion on keeping secure online is always welcome however discussing this one specific instance, on which opinions differ greatly, and where the actual facts are known to very few, is not welcome.

The specific instance was discussed only because it was very similar to what the OP was posting about. I wouldn't have brought it up otherwise, but it related to the exact same thing that worried the OP, and something that, so far, hasn't happened that often, hence the lack of any other examples that could be quoted. In a way, the OP was lucky to have had warning so he could seek advice here. :thumb:

Now the point has been made, maybe this thread should be removed and a new one started, without references to the specific instance. Most of what I said on this post is applicable to a number of people: http://www.legalbeagles.info/forums/...225#post401225

You'd be surprised how many don't understand the significance of IP addresses, or think that you'd pick up your employer's IP just by plugging in your phone to charge, etc.
