Atos Healthcare are looking for a Contact Centre Agent to join our Contact Centre Team in Sheffield.
As a Contact Centre Agent you will work within your designated team and other associated teams to support the delivery of services to our customers.
Contact Centre Agent duties are primarily that of a telephony function. This primarily is a customer facing role, where you will be expected to delivering excellent customer service to all of our customers.

Job Description
This is a part time (20 hours / weekly), permanent position based in Sheffield.
Salary: £14,334 per annum pro rata.
As a Contact Centre Agent your main responsibilities will involve:
· Provide single point of contact for customers’ enquiries
· Take ownership & responsibility for calls, from initial contact through to resolution
· Deal with all customer calls in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring good relationships are maintained
· Follow scripted procedures to ensure all calls are answered in an accurate and consistent manner
· Offer advice and guidance to customers where appropriate
· Ensure all information taken from calls is accurately logged on the system and, where necessary, escalate for action
· Use of in-house computer system to update records
· Regular telephone liaison with regional head office and medical examination centres.
· Working with other teams and Team Leaders to ensure cohesion within unit and work flow progression.
· Adherence to company policy.

As Contact Centre Agent you will work within the regional head office or local contact centre in Sheffield, booking customer appointments by telephony. There may be occasion where you will be required to be flexible to travel within the site area and possibly to other Atos Healthcare locations.
There is little physical activity as primarily a telephony role. Head sets are provided.

Job Requirements
Essential / Minimum Criteria:
- You will be required to undergo and successfully gain a BPSS security clearance check in order to undertake this position.
- Previous demonstrable experience in delivering customer service to a high standard i.e. can demonstrate a consistent track record of delivering customer service to a high standard working to set service level agreements.
- Able to demonstrate a clear attention to detail: Able to gather relevant information from customers, update customer information correctly and presenting information clearly and accurately. Able to undertake administrative tasks in a clear and logical structure. Writing / typing information in a clear understandable level of English and ensuring relevant information is documented in a consistent manner.
- Fluent English: Able to communicate with stakeholders on a day to day basis via telephone, email and face to face in a professional and courteous manner.
- Excellent listening skills, able to maintain a calm and professional and empathetic manner in difficult circumstances.
- Ability to deliver work to set targets and specified standards
- Ability to work unsupervised and use own initiative
- A positive enthusiastic approach to solving problems and able to demonstrate a logical approach to decision making

- Ability to produce creative and innovative ideas
- Proven track record of own time management
- Can demonstrate successful delivery of projects as part of a larger team
