Please remind me - who was the PM when Britain joined the European Exchange Rate Mechanism, which resulted in speculators causing a run on Sterling and the Bank of England base rate to be hiked up to 15%?

That is the point of it all. The song "ding dong the witch is dead" is a song that last just under a minute long and whilst it is credited to Judy Garland, she does not actually sing on the clip that would have been played on the radio. Many people may well be under the impression that the Glee version is the one that was in the Wizard of Oz, it was not
