Cloggy is big enough and ugly enough to defend himself but I did not read it at all that he was condoning the brighton bomb. He did say that as a bomb plot it was badly executed as it completely missed its target.

100% behind Sapphy, as someone who cleared up after the buggers (ex British Rail staff, cleared up after a few "terrorist situations") to joke about the after effects of a bomb is horrific, even to suggest you would have "Got the job done".. no, not funny in the slightest.

VERY offensive IMO, I know she was hated but thats bang out of order

No one, but no one has the right to plant bombs and blow anyone up, I don't care if they are whatever race or religion, no one has that right.

    Absolutely unconditionally and unarguably correct.

Absolutely right, but you try getting that into the heads of the people making and planting the bombs.

Saffy, the point I have made is that I understand why someone might do that but it does not necessarily mean that it will help in the cause that the person is advocating.

I am saying that the motives of those planting the bombs can be understood whether or not we agree with that as a method to bring about change.

No, it would NEVER be OK under ANY circumstances, there are other ways to settle disputes. Bombs don't achieve anything positive, they just kill and injure innocent people who have nothing to do with any issues the bombers may have.

How much does she usually drink before she's legless?

I'd contend that "idiots" was correct, as they'd surely have used a two man team - one to plant the device (presumably made by someone else) and another person to stand guard.

Another idiot was the person who commissioned the bombing, as he should have known it would have taken more than one device to collapse the whole hotel.

I do not condone the murder or maiming of people - it was a just a retort to jon saying that he would miss the late harpy.
