Ok, the best way to do this is to let your mind go totally blank to anything but the little yellow spot on the end of his nose, you make feel you are going boss eyed, thats what i find, but it will totally mess with your head

remember you are concerntrating on the yellow spot, then after the count of 10, look at the blank white part of the screen.. its spooky, a bit unnerving but as cool as hell!!
