    I bought a dessert from the supermarket, a jelly & custard concoction, topped with cream & sprinkled with 'hundreds & thousands'.
    On opening the packet, no 100's & 1000's!
    I took them to court, but the court have decided there is no reasonable prospect of success, quoting 'de minimis non curat lex'.
    Can't be right, surely?

    I once opened a box of chocolates and there were no chocolates in the top layer. I took them back and got a full refund (actually I think I got a replacement) without any quibble.

    Just two weeks ago I bought a six pack of lager. One can had no lager in it. I could have taken it back as it was unopened, but I've decided to keep it as I find it rather amusing - I know, little things please little minds!!!! lol
