  • Consumer Rights Directive

As (I'm sure) everyone knows, the Consumer Rights Directive, which has been nestling in the comfortable womb of the EU for some years now, is about to be birthed, & flung into the cold, harsh world which we refer to as consumer law.
(for more information, here's a Google search:-

What would you like to see included?

High on my list would be that any sales person who says "Nah, no refunds, it's against company policy!" will be dragged out to the village square, horsewhipped & put in the *stocks, along with their manager(s), directors & anyone in the company who is responsible for 'training'!
A tad draconian, perhaps, but the point should be made!!

It's a good piece of legislation. I've been using it for a while now with DCA's and they really do not like it.
