E Cigarettes

Hi all,

So am preparing for my annual Stop Smoking (again), and I was looking through a catalogue when I saw an advert for a E Cigarette. Has anyone used these or know anything else about them.

They are quite expensive so I would like to know before I consider getting one, I read up on Wiki but still can't make my mind up

Whilst they give you something to hold between your fingers, they do not stop the cravings so should be used in conjunction with patches or such like.

I still reckon 99% of it is pure will power. I gave up drinking and smoking on the same day four year years ago last August. Still get cravings for both, but your will power HAS to over-ride this. Good luck!

Okay so I'm now 4 weeks a non smoker, I didn't bother with these E ciggies, I've just stopped and so has my hubby! Apart from the cough I'm actually rather well Planned a stop date, read 'Allen Carr's the Easyway' book and that was it!! xx Finally Free!!
