google have released a map of which governments request to remove content (broken down by request vs court order) as well as which governments request data about what a particular user was googling.

It seems that obtaining data on what you searched, when you searched it and what you did with that seems to be as easy as a government 'requesting' it, though google dont indicate if they released data for any particular request or not. Though as the requests are going up each 6 month block, im inclined to think that infromationi s being shared, else why would the requests keep coming in?

At a time when increasing numbers of governments are trying to regulate the free flow of information on the Internet, we hope this tool will shine some light on the scale and scope of government requests to censor information or obtain user data around the globe – and we welcome external debates about these issues that we grapple with internally on a daily basis.
