Here you go you old bat.....
GREEK ROAST POTATOS
80ml olive oil
355ml water
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
juice of a lemon
1 tsp rosemary
1tsp oregano
2 chicken stock cubes
pepper to taste
6 potatos peeled and chopped
gas mark 4 (I'm electric and I do 180 then turn it up for the last 20 mins)
Mix all the ingredients together, pour over spuds in an oven dish, cover and cook for 1.5 hours, turning every 30 mins.
Uncover and cook for a further 30 mins (or till they look done to your taste, each to his own)
serve with anything you like, make sure you have plenty of garlic bread to mop up the juice!!
