I enjoyed that!

Had England down for 3-0 against Slovenia. Played far better than they have done. Its now only 5 games till you win!

......and one match until those ridiculous flags come off the cars, the merchandise goes down to half price and we talk yet again about losing to Germany on penalties and then we will talk about the possibility of supporting Germany against Argentina because of how much we hate them more. The inquest on the World Cup will include Robert Green, how easier it could have been and Fabio Capello will be blamed(in spite of the weakness of the squad and the players who are fit, in England)......roll on Monday, lol!!

Difficult part of the draw now, that's the difficulty.

Having said that I happen to think they've had the boot up jacksies that is sometimes needed and there will be more fight and awareness.

Nothing changes - it's just like WW2. The French have surrendered, the Italians have gone home early, the USA have arrived at the last minute leaving us to fight the Germans.

Difference being that WWII was not decided by penalties

....but the Americans will claim they changed everything (including history) and that whoever eventually wins the Cup will have to thank the Americans for being so magnanimous !!

Dont worry Nattie, England are 4-1 down so I dont think there will be penaly shoot out

I say it's goodbye to Capello together with a £6million payoff from the FA a good deal from his point of view.

With ten minutes left it looks very much like England's coming home.
