    Make that 2-1 to Brazil
Maicon's goal was a stonker - best goal of the tournament so far.

Totally agree and I am not sure North Korea will be the worst team in the tournament as we had all assumed.

I actually thought that Brazil struggled against the Koreans as they were the most defensive team, they outrun and often outsmarted the Brazilians.

To be honest I was expecting this to be at least 6 - O to Brazil, so well done Korea for a good game to watch.

          ok, an update:
          Honduras 0 Chile 1

          Spain 0 Switzerland 1
A major upset as Spain were supposedly the favourites to win it...

Loved the way the substitute South African goalie started warming up in front of Forlan. Didn't do him any good but bloody funny.

              South Africa 0 Uruguay 3

Forlan is now top scorer in the World Cup and South Africa had their keeper sent off.

                  Nigeria 1 Greece 2

Nigeria had a player sent off when they were leading and goalkeeping error lead to their winning goal

                  France 0 Mexico 2

If Mexico and Uruguay draw in the last match then France are OUT of the world cup.

Watching France lose is almost as good as watching England win.

Sorry, additional correction for fans of Ireland

Dirty cheating lying scumbags 0 Mexico 2....
I heard that everyone in Ireland were cheering that result. South Africa beating them would put the icing on the cake or the head on the guiness

                          Good luck tonight England.

Watch the shape and direction of the ball though!

That extra special very spherical ball must be a nightmare to play with. You couldn't make up a poorer excuse.

This is the most boring match England v Algeria

It is that bad that I am online rather than watching the game.
Anyway to update matches earlier on.....
                                Slovenia 2 USA 2
