Hi All
I recentlt did a survey about banking, for a company that I do surveys for, I get points for doing them that I can spend etc.
What I found quite interesting was the content of the survey, basically I was given about 40 different types of 'new' account and had to keep choosing which one appealed to me more dependant on the facilites, content etc
What appeared to be the general gist was:
- being charged for having an account, unless you choose internet banking.
- being charged for using Counter Services.
- the more you paid to have an account, the less your bank charges would be.
- only the most expensive account would give you ID theft insurance.
Just thought you ay find it interesting, I wondered if it may be a plan that the banks will enforce to get back bank charges.
All the major banks were included in the survey,
Lumi xx
