A huge thank you to Amethyst and all at LB

I would just like to say a huge public thank you to Amethyst for helping me with my HFC claim andfor not killing me (or at the very least telling me to take a very very long walk off a short pier!!) when i must have been clog dancing over her last shred of patience.

Ame has been totally amazing and very supportive and without her help I would have ended up with a debt that was nearly £4,000 more than it should have been and a Charging Order on my home.

I would also like to thank all the others that have been so supportive and have given me advice and assistance in helping me achieve this outcome and in all my other "little adventures!!!"

This site and its members are truely amazing and I just hope one day i can give some one the same support and help you have given and shown me.

humbugs You did this yourself, we just guided you, it would have been so easy to stick your head back in the sand and accept everything they threw at you but you didn't, determination, putting the time and effort in and a blinding performance in court is what got you the result you deserved.

Thank you for a good result, should help more people show Restons that consumers won't stand for excessive charges on their accounts when they can least afford them.

Seriously tho, this site is a huge resource and assistance to those who have ended needing help and it is really empowering to be able to sort things out and know you are doing the right thing for yourself and your family.

Just being able to post when you have difficultes or need reassurance is so much of a comfort and it really helps to hear others experiences and know you are not on your own

You can be given the best advice in the world but without presenting it to the Judge, preferably in person that advice is useless. Reinforces why you should ALWAYS attend court hearings as otherwise the Judge would have granted the Forthwith order and as you say you would have been almost 4K more in debt plus interest.

At times I myself have :smash: whilst reading and answering but in the end you came through lol.
