Halifax Debt Recovery Employee Perks!!!!!

My step son went for a job interview with the Halifax debt recovery department in Chester..............While he was being shown around a young lady was being awarded an all inclusive holiday for 2 to Spain for hitting the most targets that week, apparently it happens every week in ALL the debt recovery departments while I found that offensive, he then went to tell me that they have chill out rooms with Nintendo Wii's, PS3,s, XBox 360's ad all the latest games at their disposal for when they are on a break or lunch..............Nice to see what my bank charges are spent on!!!!!!

Cant wait to see if he gets the job then he can tell me all about his training!!!

Was not like that in my day!

Customer service was what we were trained on the most. How things have changed.

Would say that they did have very good training courses.
