  • Nattie RANT It has been done before but new rant slant

I am going to destroy what walls I have in my house if I do not post what total and utter crap is coming out of or being promulgated by ALL charges sites. Ok, you will slap me for this.
subject access request is not a copy of your statement. Copy statements for NatWest are 5 quid per request. We are making 100% profit on that if you think it is 10 quid.
    WAKE UP PEOPLE.
Subject Access Request is a request for all data that an institution holds on you from the year dot. You, as the data subject are asking the data controller for you rights under the Data Protection Act(1998). The data controller has 40 days straight to comply with this. IT IS NOT STATEMENTS, GOT IT?
I am going back to youtube to calm down and post more.

I agree with Nattie completely, as this is something I have said many times on CAG. A full disclosure subject access request is for all the information they hold on you, for whatever reason, and the law is that they must comply.

In reality most banks will say that data older than six years old is destroyed, but that does not exempt them from providing notes, decisions on whether or not to honour payments, and of course transaction histories...

I have said it on Moneysavingexpert, and on Penalty charges as well as CAG when i was able to go there. I KNOW that NatWest hold data further back and that Retail Regulatory Risk are misleading customers. They have even tried to tell a customer or Penalty Charges that I was wrong(YOU KNOW that is a very dangerous thing to say to me).

Nattie, I know your right. I'm I'm willing to tell anyone who will listen........
            NATTIE IS RIGHT.
I did eventually get my statements back to 1994. It was a struggle, but I got them. They turned up the day after I received the letter returning my fee (£5 note) saying they had no info further than the 6 years!
Copy statements but no other info, what the hell..... if I read the notes they wrote on me, it would probably leave me paranoid for the rest of my life!!!!!!
Nat West 1 £9k settled AQ stage.
Nat West 2 £126 settled LBA
HSBC practice run £1330.00 settled on the Court doorstep....almost.

After further things that I am hearing from the other side(i haven't seen them cos i have not been since 15th July 2007) I felt compelled to to make a speech.
So for another beagles exclusive this is my real face and my real words. I hope you realise that by exposing myself to you all that I have sealed my fate with the bank who I do refer to in this speech. Please note that my final thoughts at the end are important.
I look forward to meeting everyone soon.
