I hold my hands up and confess I have never been a fan of Jade, nor Big Brother I might add.
I do hope that today is the very best it can be for her in the situation.
I really believe though the 'girl done good' she has made her illness a reality to us all. She will probably never know either, that she may have potentially saved scores of lives.
She has also made sure her children will be ok as best she can IMO
So well done Jade and I for hope what little time you have left is as good as it can be.

I am so glad this thread has been started and thank you for it Di. Like you I admit to not being an actual 'fan' of Jades, although I've never actually disliked her either.
I do admire her for what she is doing now, ok she's making money for her sons future by going public about her illness and eventual death.
Well in my opinion if all of this makes one woman take the test instead of ignoring it, and it saves her life then Jades 'story' will be all for the good.

I agree , She is now using the media - who have relentlessly used her in the past to get enough money to give her sons the education she missed out on , so good on her. It is a very sad situation but I have seen with my daughter and niece that her programme has certainly started discussions and awareness of the importance of screening so she has obviously done some good.

So sad for her boys, and it makes you think of all the other families going through the same situation out of the glare of publicity.
