OK, never been good with court stuff but what is the form you use to sue the bank, is it N1 or N244?

Am advising someone on MSE and brain has stopped. Surprisingly it is a NatWest person but they are not asking about charges but about losing the 6 years stuff.....I accept all responses but please be gentle with Mr Thickiebrains Banker from Thicksville.

      Dear Mr Thickie,

Thank you for your thick question. The answer is N1. The N244 is an application notice.
