When I read this, I couldn't believe it!.. I was quite shocked that something so natural can be life threatening !


But you know what they always say? eat and drink everything in moderation !

Personally I'm addicted to coke !! (not the snorting kind.. I hasten to add LOL ) and when I wanna push the boat out I will add some Malibu! I do still like water tho.. but I dont drink much of it.. but if/when I do I will drink it in moderation after reading that..

Yes, too much water can kill... that is why I try to avoid the stuff
